Kerry Blue Terrier (10/10)

The Kerry Blue Terrier comes from County Kerry - one of the mountainous regions of Ireland. The exact time of occurrence is unknown, but presumably, it is the beginning of the 19th century. Initially, the Kerry Blue Terrier was used as a working dog with a wide variety of functions. In particular, these pets grazed sheep, goats, and even cows, guarded the territory and protected the house as a guard dog, destroyed rodents in the protected area, and also helped in the hunt - they were highly valued in hunting small game. In addition, the dog helped in hunting birds.
