Pomeagle: Beagle & Pomeranian

Meet Pomeagle! An energetic cross between a Beagle and a Pomeranian.

Description

This curious breed has a very strong hunting instinct. inherited from the parent Beagle breed and loves to race. Therefore, they may feel uncomfortable in the household with cats or other small animals. The sizes of this breed vary, but, as a rule, they are quite compact, and with the right exercises, they can happily live in an apartment.
This is pure coincidence that the parent breed will be more like Pomeagle. Obviously, this dog will be a very loyal breed. It also means that they should not be left alone for long periods of time, as they can suffer from separation and become nervous if neglected. With proper socialization, Pomeagle will make a wonderful and interesting family dog.

Dimensions and Appearance

It is likely that Pomeagle will be 7 to 13 inches tall and weigh 10 to 20 pounds. It is very adaptable and suitable for living in an apartment or large house, just remember to protect your yard so that it cannot escape. The slightly larger Pomeranian means that it is also suitable for homes with small children, so this is good news for everyone!

Character

He is a very inquisitive and curious little guy who will wander around forever if you let him, so be sure to keep an eye on him. For this reason, he will have little patience with the owners’ attempts to train him, so it is unlikely that he will be a very well trained dog, but some owners like this independent trait.

Walking

It is not recommended to walk in extreme weather: both high and low temperatures can provoke an illness in your pet. But if there is an urgent need to go outside, we recommend that you use special clothes for dogs.
Do not let the dog off the leash if you are in an open area. He may be distracted by a new scent and ignore your commands.

Food

An animal’s diet should consist of a large number of nutrients, vitamins, micro and macro elements for the full growth and development of the immune, musculoskeletal, nervous, and digestive systems of the body. A properly balanced diet is the key to a happy and long life for your four-legged pet. Be careful to keep clean water in the dog’s bowl at all times.
